Water stop will be at the 3 mile turn around.

We will be taking a group picture shortly before we start our run at 7:00 am, and stay after the run for a seminar on safety.

 

Core Workout August 15

Coach Kasey will lead us through a core workout after our 7 miles on Saturday.  Bring a yoga mat or towel.

Hydration Seminar on July 25

After the run, there will be a seminar on hydration, and you will get to sample some of the different flavors of Nuun, an electrolyte tabled added to water.

Safety Seminar on July 18

We will meet again at Tiffany Park at 7:00 am for a 4 mile group run.  Immediately upon the return of all our runners, we will hold our seminar on safety.  Stay for the seminar to be eligible for the door prize.

Wear comfortable clothes and be ready for our first group run at 7:00 am.

National Running Day, held annually on the first Wednesday in June, is a day when runners everywhere declare their passion for running.

This year we’re encouraging our members and their families to come out and run with USA FIT! All you need to do is go for a run on Wednesday, June 3rd, then let the world know that you did by posting to Twitter, Facebook or Instagram. Use the 3 hashtags below to be a part of the fun:
